In game modes, to to cricket academy > community > players > enter the first name of the player and begin search. You will get many results. There would be a white tick along with the name of players whose realistic faces are added.
He does not make them real. You can download teams from the community that way players with real appearances can be downloaded. But not all players look realistic some times.
