I saw a different video of someone unboxing the ravenclaw trunk and in hers the ravenclaw bookmark is included but she thought it wasn’t so she bought one and then got 2 of them instead of one so you might want to see if it is normally included.
Hi! It used to be included in the trunk before but when I got it, it wasn't part of the set so I bought it separately! And currently they have a house themed scarf key ring in the trunk 😊

Fun Fact: the crest is not the real crest. I don’t care, but it’s actually an eagle.
Not sure I’m seeing the crest on the trunk or understanding this post correctly (very sleep deprived) but I hope 🤞🏼 the crest is the eagle as it should be!!! I REFUSE to purchase any Ravenclaw items because they all have ravens!!! The color change doesn’t bother me overly much, it’s the change from an eagle to a raven that pisses me off.

hey i love this but i have a question. when you click "customize" on the trunk, it asks for intial 1, intial 2, and title. What do I put for the title?
So basically, your "title" is what you would like to be referred to. Some examples are "Mr, Mrs, Miss," you get what I mean.

I like how our items in Ravenclaw are subtly designed, that they can pass as college or casual wear and items...the other 3 are just too flambouyant..I mean I also like the Hufflepuff stuff, they're the cutest,they really look nicest in the room, but I dont think I can bring or wear them outside the house, or beyond costume parties.

Hi you can write anything you want. Title could be mr or ms or sir or lady - whatever you like! And then address line two you can put your location or a made up city or Hogwarts.

Hi I used Paypal to pay for it, and it did convert to my local currency and charged the card I had on file with my Paypal! Hope that helps 😁

Trying to order 3 trunks as presents. What are the 2 initials slot for?
Those would be the initials you want printed on the side of the trunk for personalization.
I really want to buy one, but it is a bit pricey 😬 should I, is it worth it ? Also how much was shipping ?
I think the trunk itself is worth it as a collectible! They have a smaller version too if you prefer! Shipping the large trunk to me in Hong Kong was about £60 so it was a lot but I did have a lot of items inside due to the personalized trunk ravenclaw set items and the extra ones that I ordered! I ordered the mini trunk recently also with a lot of extra items and that cost £40 for shipping! Hope that helps! You can try it up to the checkout stage without confirming the order to see how much it would cost you before deciding to purchase!

I've seen other videos where people have received their trunks with nothing inside. I worry that I will pay £60+ on just an empty trunk. do u have to be a gold member to get your house personalisation things. Also, it says something about a customisation form, but where is it?
