Hi Ian - I use an xq38 and yes it fits like a glove in the side pocket. Very helpful for when you have to crawl or climb over a gate etc.

Hey the Molle side pockets measure 15cm deep and 10x10 width and stretch

This harness did not fit my Zeiss 8/56 binos the magnetic flap would not close fully 👍
