Don't underestimate this workout because it's just for seven to actually five minutes why ? Because it really induces iman intense burn in your belly area that feels really good and light at the end of workout ! It's effective and not lax ! As I have a little time today I decided to workout for only seven minutes so including the day today I just completed my 112th belly workout day excluding 16 resting days ! Wow ! I am extremely proud of myself ! First study then exercise then meditation then rest hobby things ! I must complete my study target anyhow in this month ! Giving less preference to hubbies and exercises as I love to study in detail and deeply and not like a green parrot parroting the stuff to pass and top exams ! I must understand what I am reading ! And I am proud of myself for the smart hardest working I put in even on even small topics and subjects !
