I watch your training videos, they help a lot. I have a question: Do I need I-94 for an interview? The thing is that I lost this document. Some say it is necessary, and others say it is not necessary. To be honest, I'm worried about this. What do you say? If I lost this I-94 form, will the imigration officer ask or not? If this form is needed, then where can I get it? Thank you very much for your help.
You do not need your I-94 forms. However, you need to know your international trips for the last 3/5 years. They need that information to verify your eligibility.

Should you report this to uscis officer? Because there is a question about have you ever been cited by lawful enforcement officer? I worry about this accident might relate to this question. I don’t go to court or receive any ticket.

I don't think you have to worry about that if there's no one got serious injured or have alcohol or drug involved in that incident.

Hi Jackie, how long take the process? I have a 4 month already, I don't receive my interview.
It usually takes between 3 months up to a year even though I have seen some as short as 1 month and as long as 2 years.
