Wow, Taking Shape has changed so much. I used to love their really different designs, a lot of asymmetrical type tops with bold colours but it looks like they've gone pretty mainstream. I'm glad you liked their stuff though. 😊

Agree, they used to be edgy designs, now it all looks the same, quality has gone down, but price has gone up.
I’ve been buying TS for decades, they wash and wear so well, I literally have pieces in my wardrobe that I have had for 10 years plus. They have an outlet in Northcote and is worth a look. The staff are very helpful and I have found they are trained to know what styles will suit you. I love the black knit dress but won’t be buying this as the sleeve length doesn’t suit my shape, if it had longer sleeves it would be a no brainer. 😩😩😩

@@KatieFrances I get the eco cotton ones, there’s a kind of slit on the front of the leg opening which also makes them sit nice and not dig in.

Also TS have outlets in Myer department stores and usually have really good sales. There are a few outlet stores where you can buy items heavily discounted too.

I loved all of your outfits today. The black dress at the start was awesome. I have shopped Taking Shape for a few years now. I'm actually wearing all Taking Shape gear today, a v-neck long sleeved top, a zip up longline jacket, and their Ponte pants (which are fantastic, thick leggings ideal for cold weather). My sister and I actually modelled for them at their Highpoint Store (which was in Myer at the time). They have an outlet store at Campbellfield which sells discounted stock and I have picked up heaps of bargains from there before. The outlet store is huge, rows and rows of clothes, and shoes, plus, it has all of the new stock in a separate store within the store at the back. Great to see you showcase their clothing, although I must say that their styling changes from season to season and a couple of years ago, they went through a stage where a lot of their outfits looked like they were made from curtains. Love the stuff you got so, hoping their stylist has changed and they are back on trend.

I love Taking Shape. Half of my wardrobe seems to be from there these days. I love their jeans, t shirts, summer tops, cardigans etc. It is on the more pricey side but they are great quality and often have 30% off sales where you can try and get a bargain. I agree with you re sizing. I think you should try a small or medium in tops or a 16 or 18. Xoxo

Anyone needing a size 30 needs a wake up call
Taking shape are very good quality but very expensive
I have noticed they are doing a lot more natural fabrics which really annoys me because I always need and want a stretch in my clothing for the sake of to fort and so I never buy the natural fabric garments and some of them are sooo lovely I would’ve loved to have them but not without stretch….
Overpriced clothes, fabrics arent the quality they used to be. Avoid.
