in some cases the tao selection is based on your build like crit tao spam you need transform,

yea i mentioned transform is the highest dmg per round. However, if u can alr outdamage the opponent, which is usually the case given the same cp range, using transform / flame circle / permafrost will all give the same one shot, but flame circle/perma has more function other than pure dmg
