Either you intentionally missed, which means that you are an even bigger idiot than imaginable by thinking that leaving him alive would be a good idea, OR, you’re not this Billy Bad-Ass expert marksman that you would have your clients believe. I tend to lean towards the latter. Regardless, we will never know what kind of a marksman you are, because you will never see the world without a barbed wire fence blocking your view again. @@AgentRapture it has to do with the “grouping” of rounds. Two things that matter are the weapon and the shooter. If, when you shoot three rounds and they are all within a TWO INCH circle, but not in the “bullseye”, then the shooter and the weapon are good, but you have to adjust the sights on the weapon. If the rounds are all over the place, either the shooter sucks, or the weapon is a piece of crap. Typically, it’s the former. Does that help, or were you referring to a phallic symbol?

The fake fainting and crocodile tears always get me laughing when the verdict is announced. I really hope Greg finds a new partner who truly loves him and his son
The real crazy part is it worked. She got 26 years and will do around 15 years for planning a murder hiring the guy and driving him there. If I drive a guy to rob a house and my friend gets killed while breaking in I get charged with murder.
It's women like her that makes real abuse cases and child molestation cases harder to prove/harder to take serious. It's bullshit. I'm glad he's still alive tho and the child didn't lose both parents.
IKR, that's why most people call bs when things like this are said. I know it does happen, but, the false accusations make everyone take them with a grain of salt.
I'VE SEEN CASES WHERE THE POLICE KNEW THE WOMAN WAS A LIAR BUT STILL SIDED WITH THE FEMALE. I SQUIRTED KID WITH WATER GUN AND THEY TRIED SIX MONTHS TO JAIL ME.
Exactly! Weldon thought: "I have to bring about justice. He is abusing her and the police is doing nothing about it." She thought: "I want to save some money" Clearly her sentence should have been worse. I guess if the sex were reverse, it would have been the other way around.
Why don't all murderers get the same lengthy sentence? Some get off much lighter plus in this case the husband lived. I'll never understand the justice system.
I just love it that she was convinced in her head that she planned the perfect crime. And she's in prison now while he has the kid and prob a new wife and a happy life. Sometimes karma just happens perfectly
It’s crazy how often in these cases the people who think they’ve planned the “perfect crime” make a ton of really obvious mistakes. It doesn’t seem to ever be like “It was the perfect crime, nearly, but with loads of diligent police work, investigating every possible lead and with the help of a lucky break we cracked it.” It’s more often something like “He left his business card at the crime scene.” 😂 Though I guess we don’t hear about the ones that do it right. 🤷🏻♀️
@@liecrusher3506 Not exactly, the rate of closed cases has gone down more and more over the years, to the point that just over 50% of cases are solved/closed now. But that still means the majority (though a very narrow majority) are solved.

Things like that have to be taken more seriously in the hope of curtailing false accusations that could ruin an innocent person's entire life.
I was told this is the reason the DA on this case did press (as she usually does not) because she wanted to speak out in public to point out that this father was falsely accused and publicly humiliated & put through all kinds of testing & interviewed countless times and the state found he did not touch his son & it was all FALSE!!

I hate it when the experienced marksman you 'persuaded' to shoot your ex is only adept at defecating near the crime scene and covering it with a brightly-colored Angry Birds towel. 😂
He could have at least smeared it around with the towel and covered the remains with some dirt before discarding the towel somewhere else; but I guess that would be too logical 😂
I love how the guy goes on about how accurate he is and he could "turn away and still hit" after literally saying the only reason Greg was hit was an aiming error...
Can’t have it both ways. By the looks of it he either had remorse and decided on a non fatal shot or he’s a lousy aim. Which is the correct scenario IDK.
I agree...I also think it's absurd that he thinks making someone believe their life is in danger and they could be murdered any second of any day is no big deal. The least bad scenario is still seriously twisted and makes him a danger to society.

@@jessicataylor7174 I'm pretty sure he realized he was going to jail regardless but he was hoping to receive a lesser sentence if he could convince a jury he had no intent to kill. Which likely he would have. Problem is his argument is self-contradictory; you can't claim "if I meant to kill him I would have" and also "I hit him accidentally due to a targeting error." Which is likely why the jury didn't buy it. Honestly it boggles my mind he didn't go with the defense that he was manipulated by false claims of Greg's abuse. Might have mitigated his sentence at least a bit, and has the benefit of actually being the truth. Not saying that makes his actions justifiable though; he had zero proof of Greg's abuse (since there was none, since it never happened), and even if the claims were true you don't have the right to take the law into your own hands. But at least the jury might have been a little more sympathetic and convicted him of a lesser crime.

I suppose there is always a chance for escape, but if you plan that as well as you did this hit, you’ll probably dig a tunnel into a 7’ tall serial rapist’s cell. Time for some dookie love!

@@jessicataylor7174 I'm pretty sure he realized he was going to jail regardless but he was hoping to receive a lesser sentence if he could convince a jury he had no intent to kill. Which is likely why the jury didn't buy it.
