  • I start by putting the timing guides and then the chains. Once I got everything timed I put it all back together I see if it will start!

    Anybody notice that the front seal was installed backwards??

    Did you check to make sure your balance shaft mark was at 6 oclock before u installed the gears, front seal was in backwards but very good job for first time

    Same thing happened to me but it was because the shop misinstalled the chains . one snapped and only replaced the driver side and changed a guide 😂 Still running strong 10 years later and about 80k later. /,clean your oil pickup

    Do you happen to have a list of the replacement parts you used? Timing parts, gaskets, etc.

    So much easier to work on if you remove the crossbar & radiator!!!
