- I've loved watching other animators add a spin to Rhythm Heaven levels and now I get to try with one of my favorite indie games, Hollow Knight. Well first full song, I made another a long time ago but it was more for animation practice.

I absolutely love Hornet's lil hat dangling off one horn, that's beautiful.
Reminds me a lot of Pokémon: Café Remix. The staff member uniforms in that game are a pageboy cap and a scarf, and where/how they get the hat and scarf to fit can be really funny depending on the shape of the actual Pokémon.
I have never played Hollow Knight, but I regularly look for shitposts of it for a friend of mine. And this one was really well animated, I love it.

I can just imagine that after they check if Ghost is okay, Hornet immediately goes to furiously wash and scrub her needle after realizing she just used it to hit golf balls made of dung
This is superbly animated, You even captured the fact that there’s no reset animation for the golf swing so the golfer just immediately teleports to being on standby for the input, well done dude

My first favorite thing is how deliberate it all is into getting you into a rhythm. One that is a bit too good as show at the end.

I genuinely want to see this as a DLC to some game like I can already imagine the statistics: hornet a golfer who swings with speed rather than strength, prefers to punt goofballs with a nail and wears a stylish hat on one of her horns

Hornet: She hissed. 'Careful of what you speak!'
Ogrim: 'Aplogies, Sentinel. But I cannot stay silent any longer! My lady, you are the last remaining heir to our lord's throne.'
Hornet: 'There are thousands of heirs ready for that seat. You can pick a corpse among the multitude, no different from my illustrious father.'
Ogrim: 'How could you say such a thing! Hornet this land needs a leader, and only you can fill the vacant throne; your birth right!'
Hornet: 'I have been deep into these lands, farther than even then the mighty _White Defender._ If this is what this kingdom is destined to become again, I will not have it. It can finish its rot for all I care, and doesn't need the Old Light to do so.'
Ogrim: 'So what does Hornet the Sentinel want!? Will you languish on the frontier of new emergent socoety? Will you abandon your father's rightful subjects to freezing nights? I thought the Daughter of Three Queens would understand honor. What do you want, Hornet, who we all trained together...'
Hornet: She was silent for a time, staring off into nothing. 'I think,' she took the appropriate stance, 'I want you to toss another dung ball.'
