Toby stated multiple times that Chapter 3 is like half done, and that was before even Chapter 2 was released. so somewhere on Toby's computer there's already Mike and possibly even the secret boss of the chapter. And story wise there's so many characters we havent even met or know yet. its fucking insane if you ask me that we already met so many great characters, the average playtime is about 2 hours longer than the fucking Undertale, AND ITS JUST 2 CHAPTERS OUT OF 7! i cant put into words how exciting it will be to revisit this game in a couple years when other chapters are released. I dont even want him to release it as fast as possible. Let them fucking work on it, no matter how long it takes it will be worth the wait. I can even wait my lifetime as long as we will be sure that the game is gonna release.
its honestly amazing how the fandom makes very well made aus, songs, fangames,etc ive never seen another fandom like this. the wonderful fanmade content is what kept the fandoms interest in these games for so long, its kinda wholesome tbh

This is what I imagine Mike’s personality would be. He comes across as nice and energetic while subtly doing or saying bad things when no one is looking, to look good for the camera. He’s also probably a big Narcissist who praises himself many’s a time. He always likes to make a big scene and create as much drama as possible.
Well... Mettaton doesn't really change the good or bad things done while he's on camera, just his personality. And also, he's not actually narcissistic
The Undertale/Deltarune fan base is the only community that I can think of that can create a backstory, model, music, and game based on a character that was only mentioned two times and might not even be a major character
Or even making fangames for characters made by OTHER members of the community. I still think this community is so creative, and most of the time misunderstood.
I'd call it "Cathode Ray Tubes" since the TV in Kris' house is quite old and likely still uses vacuum tubes and Spamton mentioned "CRTs" (presumably short for cathode ray tubes) likely in reference to Mike. It'd probably just be called "Mike" if it was official and toby wasn't attempting to obscure his name, but if for some reason he was not mentioned by name for a significant part of the story, then I think it'd be a good name.
I assume xylophones are being used here (Xylophones are often used in things like songs for kids n such just family friendly) - which displays Mike's fake on-the-surface "nice" personality on camera. Something tells me once you beat him- the show's gonna be over and he's gonna act like it was planned. But as soon as the camera is off- the real fight begins.

Its a tinfoil hat theory you have, and I just poured gasoline onto it, and set it on fire.
Honestly, this is a very good theme for a character that doesn't even exist (yet?) in the game it's supposed to be for. It's also quite Toby-esque. At this point, I would only be mildly to moderately surprised if he actually got on board with Toby.

Therefore he asked one member of his team to upload this to their YT channel. Or the most likely scenario 2: Mr. Luwigi is just a damn talented person with creative ideas.

I’m pretty sure this is fake, and great job selling the act! UA-cams looping system is a bit wonky but I can see you even thought about the song looping. And in the video you posted you even have this song set in a little after halfway through so it looks like the recording just started. And at the end the cutting sound seems realistic. Really nice attention to detail! I hope in future songs you post you use motifs from songs like this and more aspects toby uses to be convincing. Excited to see more!

"Mike" could also be "Knight"
