This live album was nominated for the 1973 Grammy for "Best Ethnic or Tradional Recording (including Traditional Blues)" Alas, Curtis never saw this recognition: he was murdered an-oh-too-soon eight weeks after this performance.
Not sure how those people could sit through this-----makes me want to throw a big party. Can't put a price on these musicians. Excellent!

That's Young Cornell Dupree on tele guitar ... The Drummers quite familiar i think from the jazz branch bass player excellent but no idea who ?
