How I navigate Getting business at the last minute

- In this video I wanted to share my thoughts and how I feel about customers that have last minute requests. I am goint to show you an example of how I organize and navigate an order so I can carry out the request in a way that makes the most sense. When building your business building systems and workflows help to simplify your workload. Having systems in place will make it easier to hire staff so your business can run even when you are not physically at your place of business.

Regarding the image file , do you enhance the image on your end before printing, i.e vibrancy etc.? Also, what printer processing options did you use? I.e 50% white under black , underbase etc?
No I don’t. I always just print what they have me. I don’t and have never adjusted any brightness or changed or adjusted the white underbase setting. However it was stock is what I am using
What blanks did you use for these? Gildan? Allstyle? Bella C?

I have a question and I know that you’ll be honest about the time frame. I’m in San Diego. How long did it take to get your Revel? I’ve heard people say that it took them 3 months after the order was processed.
Yes that’s possible. If they don’t have any in stock or they only have a few on hand and your order falls outside of that few you might have to wait. Better to order and wait than wait to order and still have to possibly wait. Lol 😂 you never know if they have any onhand till you ask and out in an order. Even if they have some on hand by the time you dedicated to out your order through those might be purchased. I don’t think they keep a bunch onhand. Idk. Hello! Do you just stock white and black tshirts?
Yes. Only white and black. I have a few other colors but I only make sure to have white and black always. At least 20 or so in most sizes. 10 in small medium-lrg 20 2xL 10 3,4,5 X 5 each
@@adubbproductions I started with at least 3 of each size in white and black. Then I was having customers ask if I had a certain color and found myself buying random colors and sizes.😊
I don’t normally get requests for small orders in colors other than white and black. If i get an order for a specialty color it’s usually 50 or more so then I just order them shirts in that color from alphabroder.
