As someone who has been a fan of KRQ's work for a long time and has almost watched all of it, he really needs to stop giving interviews. Over the years, I have agreed and disagreed with his statements, but at this point he just comes across as a hypocrite aur mera bhi dil uth janay laga hai ab iss banday k kaam sey. Well I think it's high time that Arabic should be taught in schools. If not, atleast parents should take responsibility to educate their own children on this. Definition of Jahil in Islam differs from Pakistani definition. In Pakistan if a person has gone to maddrassah only and hasn't got his degree, and if he's not pursuing ilm as a career, you will call him jahil. If a person can't talk well in English you will call him jahil. In Arabic/Islamic context "Jahil" is someone who's ignorant of the truth and believes in something that's different from the reality. So if Islam tells you to do hijab and I believe that it's not important/necessary. Then I am a Jahil. When you want to cure a disease, the first step is to identify it and accept that it's a disease. Same goes for this situation, if you don't want to be called jahil again, first accept the fact that if you are in your 20's and you don't know the basics of Islam then you are jahil. As far as Sahil Adeem is concerned, he's been doing the research and tableegh for a while now. I've attended his sessions on "Emotional Independence of Women" and his team conducts proper surveys with well structured questionnaires to asses the sampling. So anyone criticising Sahil Adeem should once do his/her research. He's worked in Telecommunications for more than a decade. He's learnt advanced neuroscience and psychology and has done (maybe still does) one on one business consultation/counselling with millionaires and billionaires. He studied from renowned teachers in Madrassah settings in his teens. He's fluent in Arabic. He's way more knowledgeable than most of our religious scholars out there. He's conducted classes on Arabic, Islamic way of right parenting etc for kids and adults on his platform. He's not the one to brag but he's doing soo much for so long now. And if he sounds so confident in his debates, it's because of his education(both Islamic and worldly), experience and exposure. We need people like him. If this generation accepts their shortcomings only then they'll be able to educate the next generation. And if you want to learn the difference between Tagut and Shirk, search on YT Sahil Adeem's version you'll understand!

Maybe, insh´Allah. Although, it seems like Pakistani women are the biggest opposers to their own rights. Most of middle-to lower class seem to think that marriage and having sons is the ultimate validation card and life purpose. They believe in Allah swt, but do not see Allah as the goal, it seems. These women get severe emotional and confidence issues if they don´t get married by a certain age, or don´t have sons. Let´s be honest...that´s what their priorities are, because that´s seen as status among peer women. Really, our women "worship" men and the male child. Even if a man in a house would try to bring true Islam, I can almost guarantee you that the mother of the house WILL NOT tolerate her son even picking up his plate. So women are the biggest road-block to their own emancipation.

Taghout is a common Arabic word. It’s just another word for shaitan, which itself means rebel. For example any entity that claims to be worthy of worship is a rebel against Allah, which we also call shaitan or taghout. Similarly, any entity that goes against any directive of Allah can be termed taghout.

Well I think it's high time that Arabic should be taught in schools. If not, atleast parents should take responsibility to educate their own children on this. Definition of Jahil in Islam differs from Pakistani definition. In Pakistan if a person has gone to maddrassah only and hasn't got his degree, and if he's not pursuing ilm as a career, you will call him jahil. If a person can't talk well in English you will call him jahil. In Arabic/Islamic context "Jahil" is someone who's ignorant of the truth and believes in something that's different from the reality. So if Islam tells you to do hijab and I believe that it's not important/necessary. Then I am a Jahil. When you want to cure a disease, the first step is to identify it and accept that it's a disease. Same goes for this situation, if you don't want to be called jahil again, first accept the fact that if you are in your 20's and you don't know the basics of Islam then you are jahil. As far as Sahil Adeem is concerned, he's been doing the research and tableegh for a while now. I've attended his sessions on "Emotional Independence of Women" and his team conducts proper surveys with well structured questionnaires to asses the sampling. So anyone criticising Sahil Adeem should once do his/her research. He's worked in Telecommunications for more than a decade. He's learnt advanced neuroscience and psychology and has done (maybe still does) one on one business consultation/counselling with millionaires and billionaires. He studied from renowned teachers in Madrassah settings in his teens. He's fluent in Arabic. He's way more knowledgeable than most of our religious scholars out there. He's conducted classes on Arabic, Islamic way of right parenting etc for kids and adults on his platform. He's not the one to brag but he's doing soo much for so long now. And if he sounds so confident in his debates, it's because of his education(both Islamic and worldly), experience and exposure. We need people like him. If this generation accepts their shortcomings only then they'll be able to educate the next generation. And if you want to learn the difference between Tagut and Shirk, search on YT Sahil Adeem's version you'll understand!
I think Sahil could have used simple words , everyone knows that Shirk is the biggest sin in slam. But to create a hype and tention he used that word. Its wrong to create a confusion by using another language while you can easily explain through another common word.

Maybe, insh´Allah. Although, it seems like Pakistani women are the biggest opposers to their own rights. Most of middle-to lower class seem to think that marriage and having sons is the ultimate validation card and life purpose. They believe in Allah swt, but do not see Allah as the goal, it seems. These women get severe emotional and confidence issues if they don´t get married by a certain age, or don´t have sons. Let´s be honest...that´s what their priorities are, because that´s seen as status among peer women. Really, our women "worship" men and the male child. Even if a man in a house would try to bring true Islam, I can almost guarantee you that the mother of the house WILL NOT tolerate her son even picking up his plate. So women are the biggest road-block to their own emancipation.

Taghout is a common Arabic word. It’s just another word for shaitan, which itself means rebel. For example any entity that claims to be worthy of worship is a rebel against Allah, which we also call shaitan or taghout. Similarly, any entity that goes against any directive of Allah can be termed taghout.
