I don’t think that call with TT at 7:45 is that bad. The 1.5x pot jam the river means you’re repping nuts or air. He double blocks the nut straight which is way more important than having flush blockers imo. Am I wrong here?
You're right, I analyzed the spot in PioSolver and in Equilab and found some interesting points: 1. The first 'mistake' is already made on the turn, the 9 is not as good as Jaime thinks and is not really a good spot to donk. He plays vs UTG1, so his range also connects pretty good on the 9. The 8 would be much better to donk (more twopairs/straights and connects less with UTG1) 2. Jaime is right in theory, yes TT blocks T8, but it also blocks his most likely bluffs Ato-Qto. However on the river it's also super easy to overbluff with busted flushdraws and 54. Calling with TT is a marginal call, however if you take in account all the other potential bluffs Jaime can have in this spot, it's nowhere near as bad as he claims.
On the 10,10 call. Doesnt he call because the only thing you could be repping is a straight. On the turn you bet to protect it agains the flush, and on the river you shove to display you have the nuts. He supper blocks the nut combos with 10,10. That would leave a lot of bluffs.
He can have worse than a straight here. 10s w club and spade is also bad to call off because you block the flush and straight draws you would have wanted opponent to barrel on turn
Struggling to see why the call with TT is bad there. With the line you took you are basically repping a straight on that board (or pure air). He blocks the straight TWICE, so combinatorically it's more likely for you to have air than to have a straight. I think he had to call there. Sure you could've had a set... I don't know. Doesn't seem like a bad call to me. Any thoughts?
Your game has gone to such a high level from 7 years ago when you'd shove all in constantly on draws. That was a big hole in your game which you've closed up nicely. Also good to see you are not going silly playing 100-200 like brad and rampage. Only Kmart did well from it but hope he doesn't get swept up in the 100-200 vacuum either. Rampage actually played incredible poker in the big game but I think the 33k preflop re-raise from ben bothered him and he missed the opportunity to shove the kk preflop. I like your bankroll management remaining disciplined but I want to see you finally take down a few more big ones.
Jamie love the content, quick question lets say I have a spot to review in the PCA maintevent that I am not sure off, what website can I analyze the hand? I tried gtowizard but having hard time..
He just enters 1k tournaments and then just hope no one watches his content he’s creating and peeps at his cards hahahahaa. What a legend you are! We’ll spotted professor plum.
the 1010 isn't all that crazy. You still have a ton of 8x with pair combos that tens beat. Also with the overbet you are trying to rep the type of hands he blocks as well like 108 with spade or club. Calling a coordinated board for 1/3 pot on flop seems less likely sets and 2 pair being that deep. Just my thought for reverse engineering the river play. Also having the q of clubs is not good for you to use as a bluffing hand.

Same old Staples, thinks he's a pro but does not win. Cant ever just say he got owned in that spot.

Staples got it wrong, the saltiness from him was uncalled for

i like the look you gave when you called "turn 8" casually on the flop and the 8 came...lol.

You’re so close to a huge win, I can feel it in the air
Do you broadcast on a time delay or hope and pray nobody’s playing against you while watching?

Poker players in general are very honest. So noone would snipe to see what he has. Its a matter of honour.
@@zainsyed9811 🤣🤣🤣 mostly I’d agree in person. Online however? 👀
