Himiko: "I have the big sad."

Jokes aside, in the japanese version, when Himiko runs to the cage is the first time she says "Tenko" rather than her last name as it’s usually done. This is similar to how Kaito also starts calling Shuichi by his name in chapter 2 instead of Saihara to show that he considers him a friend. So Himiko saying her name rather than her last name in that scene is actually kinda sad.

English dub cannot translate the feeling of saying the formal last name to the we-are-now-friends first name. It's such a Japanese thing.
