    Did you use rapeseed oil for any specific reason? Does it help the rice stay crispy? I love the idea of marinating the peaches. Thank you.

      Thank you for your comment :) it doesn't help with crispiness but it helps with making the chocolate less hard. If you only add white chocolate it will be very difficult to cut with a spoon and also top sweet. I hope this helps!

    Hello! What mould are you using please? I’m finding it quite hard to find a 6cm mould with 8 slots like yours has!
