I just rode home from my cabin in NW Wisconsin to my home in NW Illinois. Don't think I had as much fun as you ha. BMW 850gs Adventure, crazy how the vloggers are treated now compared to when I tried to in 2009
@@actuallyitsaxel I highly recommend it. I'm biased as it's my home state but I think there was all of 4 days that I couldn't have rode do to weather, pretty much every day in AZ is a good riding day.
Keystone? Take Highway 6 not Highway 70 Loveland Pass is very cool .. Continental divide. Rabbit Ears Pass to Steamboat is very scenic too. I lived in Dillion for two winters as a Skibum. I worked at Copper Mountain.
I can't drink black coffee, but I put some milk in my coffee then no upset stomach. At Gas Stations I just put a little ice and hot chocolate before I put coffee in my cup .

@@actuallyitsaxel Go motels, when it's on your dime.... Budget Inn.... or use some of the campsites up the road, as I did when mountain biking for a week around Molas Pass, Engineer Mtn, Silverton and Durango. Remember, the price goes up with the elevation.
looks like went the right way of no hurry vs interstate. to be able to do this kind of a trip and a corporation footing the bill, i call that pretty lucky. so hate them construction zones. if ya had tour pack, with backpack on passenger seat, your water pack sit on top rather wear on shoulders. great way keep hydrated while riding then only stopping at refueling for bathroom. in way not having a reservation while traveling a better way than making reservations, did that once and turned out to be a really long day. your attitude/personality makes be like one to hang out with and do some miles with.

I have a new 2023 1/2 CVO Streetglide and have 9000km on it so far. We’re heading out next wk to do Col, Wyoming, Montana and Utah. Can’t wait. I will continue to watch your videos. Next time you go to Durango, Caboose Motel in the north end is biker friendly. Holiday Inn and Suites has a hot tub.
