I bought a pair of these for my son and he vastly prefers them over the Galaxy Buds 2 he had been using.

I picked these up when they released but returned them due to them not saving my EQ settings. I'd have to go into the app each time I removed them from the case. It could've just been the pair that I received

How does the MA10s bass compare to the 3ANCs?

It's good. But not on the level of the 3ANCs.

how turn on without case, manualy?

Press and hold down both earbuds for 5 to 7 seconds. You should get an audible sound letting you know they are powered on.
