Irkalla is based on Leviathan from C&C4 which is reused in this mod

it copied the looks of the MO Units: The Leviathan, Looks Like The the Ship from Foehn revolt, and the balisk, it copied the looks and even the name.
thats all.
Leviathan and Basilisk are both units from Tiberium Twilight, it's pretty common for people to grab C&C4 units for mods.

I don’t know what kind of mod this is, but in this mod I like the idea with scrin army. Yes, that’s cool, and this EA “airship” looks very good, the effects are also very good, but what this airship says ... it's awful. I really don't like voices for the Japanese Airship or the EA Airship. The Japanese Airship, it doesn't sound Japanese. The EA Airship, I really hate the language used in it and really doesn't make any sense, with the unit and the game itself. It's a super-weapon not some flying clubhouse.
Also the Allied, Soviet, and Japanese super-units. Seem a little weak.
The whole EA faction is meant to be a joke. I think it's all meant to poke fun at EA and how they destroyed Command and Conquer. Even I think the crass language isn't very nice, but it fits with the sentiment command and conquer fans have towards EA in general :p
