Both pressure fighters and very strong. It's genetics for some. You got a bad character bruh, you saying something you absolutely have no proof!! Terrible individual. My only disagreement with this video is the strength rating. Respectfully, the pound for pound list was created to exclude the heavyweight division. With that in mind, I’d rate him at 93%. This is my first time coming across your channel and this break down was phenomenal. You just gained another subscriber. 👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾

    • @ar_equalizer
      @ar_equalizer  Рік тому +5

      Big thanks to you bruh bruh, it’s appreciated! True indeed the P4P list was created to exclude the Heavyweights because during the time of its inception the Heavyweights ruled boxing; which would make it unfair to the lighter divisions who were just as good to not be mentioned as amongst the best. E.g., Sugar Ray Robinson in comparison to Joe Louis, Ezzard Charles, Rocky Marciano and many more during that era. In a nutshell, my skill metric system is ALL-INCLUSIVE of every weight class and every era on an all-time scale.

  • @barrybarnes96

    I wonder about Spence's actual fundamentals. They all claim that he has great fundamentals (they claim he's basic but very good at the basics etc etc.) and yes he does have pretty good fundamentals (he guards up well, hard to hurt etc.), his fundamentals look really good vs. B grade and/or smaller fighters. He hasn't actually fought many A grade fighters. (Porter couldn't get enough extension on a lot of his punches, Ugas didn't do much punching after the early rounds, Kell Brook didn't have sufficient percussive power. Danny Garcia wears cement boots. Bud doesn't have these flaws).
    I just have niggling doubts about how good Spence's fundamentals really are vs someone like Bud, especially when they start to trade. And there will be lots of trading.
    Spence's size, his engine and ruggedness, and yes his fundamentals have brought him his victories. I think he will back Bud up but fortunately for Bud he can fight backing up and Spence will be moving into Bud's punches whereas Bud will falling back from Spence's punches.
    Unless Bud has aged out/slowed down in hand speed*, I can see Bud catching Spence in between punches when they trade, either when both are squared up or when both are trading combos on the move.
    *He doesn't move as good as he did 2-3 years ago either.
    I can also see Bud looking like Ugas looked after 5 or 6 rounds ie: delivering a lot less return fire.
    Betting on a points draw might be the smart money here.
    I keep changing my mind as to who I think will win. Gone back and forth about 8 times now. I see very credible winning scenarios for both guys.

    • @ar_equalizer
      @ar_equalizer  Рік тому +1

      “Danny Garcia wears cement boots…” 😂😂😂that got me rolling fr. But I’d say one A grade fighter that he has given problems is Floyd Mayweather in sparring back when Spence was an 2-0 prospect. If Crawford looks anything remotely close to how Ugas looked, it will not be good for him. Should be a great showdown nonetheless

    He’s a very textbook fighter, his punch placement, stamina and ring generalship is what wins his fights.
    Crawford has the reflexes, counters, punch placement, stamina and ability to change his style to adapt to the situation. Spence can’t do that and that’s why I’m picking Crawford.

    Nice analysis. I'm liking the channel bro, keep these coming. Just to comment on Spence. First time I saw videos of him in the ring years ago I knew he was gonna be special. I got him beating Crawford in 7. Not to take anything away from Bud, but I just think Errol has some edges with strong fundamentals and size that will be hard for Crawford to overcome. I've seen guys land big shots on both of them though but with the advantages Spence has with size and power I think he can be the one to stop Bud. We'll see

    I appreciate your assessment and breakdown of the assessment. However, some things you said, "It's just is what it is," but in truth, it's what it's not. First off, heavyweights do not belong on the P4P list because it has no ceiling. But in today's time, adding heavyweights is some new wave stuff, I guess. Also, I respectfully disagree with comparing Errol with other weight classes because he is a career 47 and to spar with fighters in smaller weight classes would be totally unfair even if they were the likes of a Shakur Stevenson who wouldn't stand a chance against the likes of an Errol Spence which is why he only spars similar or heavier weight classes. Errol's stamina, endurance (though rated high) is given the wrong breakdowns because he gets stronger as the fight goes on. At some point, all fighters exert energy, and Errol at that weight class is an animal 😂😂😂. But great job, regardless.
