My daughter is this. I'm trying to learn about it. She is very physical or she can't focus. She says she feels very different. She also wants to do homework (she doesn't believe in homework, and I'm very much like that), she needs to do it in the AM/early. She was only 2 of 100 (so it's not that common) that learned Tactile. Luckily, she is very creative and I think this helps all these learners and yes, it is very different. I'm trying my best to understand.
