I'm thrilled to finally have the chance to be interviewed by Takashi-san in person! And thank you all for your warm and kind comments. I'm not perfect yet, but I'll keep working hard to level up even more! 🔥
kazuma唯一真神来临 👏👏
🙌🏾🙌🏾💯
KAZUMA MY GOAT
That was amazing man. Saudações do Brasil.
you're getting canceled for saying china AND taiwan 😂
Legendary KAZUMA
Happy for the girl learning portuguese, it reminds me of my former nihongo teachers, they came to brazil for 1 year each because they studied portuguese at university in japan. And I always asked why the hell they chose portuguese of all languages, they said they liked brazilian culture.
Japan has a large Brazilian diaspora and a history with Brazil in terms of migration.
I remember seeing her on tiktok, she was anonymous gf iirc
Terimakasih banyak Takashisan!!!!🙂↕️
Aku senang sekali bisa diwawancarai!
Thank you so much!!
I’m so happy to be interviewed!🔥
Anjay ada mbak nanako
Terima kasih banyak kerana mempromosi Bahasa Melayu!!!!
4:20 woah keren! terima kasih Nacchan sudah mempelajari Bahasa Indonesia!🙌
14 languages… damn. He should be working in the UN with a skill set that developed
That’s awesome
He has a UA-cam channel: @KazuLanguages 👍🏼
That dude is seriously impressive, just wow. He definitely should at least consider a diplomatic career indeed, be it in the UN or wherever it is. 14 is insane, even if he probably isn't fluent in all of those.
Yeah, even if I could I wouldn't ever work for that WEF / ✡️ organization lol
It is true that speaking the native language - or even the attempt - brings the native people closer to you. They see you as a person rather than a representative of a foreign country or culture. I got that from Trevor Noah, another near polyglot.
The guy who speaks 14 languages is really impressive. He is naturally good at languages. Bravo!
He has his own channel, Kazu Languages, with over 1 mil subs.
Hey Kazuma as a guest, great!
8:51 I knew it! 😂 When I saw the title that it was about language, I thought maybe Kazuma would appear as a guest 😅
I really enjoyed this episode 😊
Kazuma's English and Spanish speaking skills were great! Wow 14 laguages! I'm am an English native speaker, and I am fluent in Spanish, and American Sign Language, and I'm currently learning Japanese and Japanese Sign Language.
To you sign in Japanese with an accent????😊
Well it’s quite similar to Japanese, it’s also kind of similar to ASL. It’s much easier to finger spell in Japanese Sign Language than ASL. If you understand how to read and write hiragana and katakana, it makes it easier (I am at least able to read all hiragana and katakana characters). It’s still challenging because you have to sign facing the way that would be facing a person, away from yourself, and it’s like that with ASL too but I struggle with that too, for the most part. It’s using body language and your hands and fingers to convey what you want to say. To directly answer your question, yes there are different dialects of Japanese Sign Language as most languages do, even ASL has its own dialects within the language.
So does that mean you are deaf or do you have any relatives/close friends who are?
@geosimp I am not deaf nor is my family but I learned ASL to be a medical interpreter at UofL Health (hospital company near me, that is a company that originated from the University of Louisville where I am taking BS in Human Resource Development with HR Leadership undergraduate certificate and a minor in healthcare management all online), I did medical interpreting for ASL and Spanish for 1 year as a PRN/on-call position.
@geosimp I forgot to add, I’m a junior (3rd year in college)
The guy speaking 14 languages is crazy. He speaks better german than a lot of foreigner living in germany.
His channel is Kazu Languages, he has over 1 mil subs.
Amazing. Impressive people, damn. I love it, love different languages like this.
And even more impressive is your code switching between languages asking questions in their 2nd and 3rd languages. Really cool, the momentum was great in this one! Can't keep my eyes off it
It’s awesome when people speak multiple languages.
it's cool, smart think
Olá Hina! Adorei ouvir você falar Português! Tenho certeza que muitos outros lusófonos também vão adorar!
I like that girl who speaks fluent Chinese(mandarin)❤ . she speaks quite standard mandarin, that's cool.🎉
10:03 I love that he had something unique to say in each language!
9:04 Kazuma! I'm also subscribed to him. Cool collab.
I love these videos!
Kazuma legend😱😱
Kazuma is on a whole other level. Quite impressive!
自分もフランス語大学で1セメスター取って2学期目でドロップしました…2セメスター取らないと単位にならないと言われたけど辞めました!数字とかマジ訳わからん。
20を4X5みたいな言い方した気がする😂Just say twenty!!と思いました。
Your interviews are always good. I thought it was interesting that you felt that you were an introvert. I guess you are just a good listener. Keep up the good work. Thanks.
10:53 Nelson Mandela quote. FACTS!!! Beyond impressed! Great job mi amigo! 🤙🏼
Man! It's great how younger generations always change things in their country!
Takashii I think this girl (11:55) has a very pretty voice! would be great if she start a UA-cam channel to practice her English! :D
also her english pronunciation is very clear and impressive
4:00 I speak English and German. I was trying to learn Dutch when I was in the Netherlands but everyone switched to English or German except one guy that owned a shop i would go to almost daily. He was the only guy I practicesd my Dutch with pretty much over two months. Before I left I asked him why he never spoke to me in English. He said because he was Polish and did not speak English but he did speak Dutch.
Brazil mentioned IHAAAAA 🇧🇷🇧🇷🥳🥳 Portuguese it's very difficult to learn, I'm appreciate her determination.
If you learn Brazilian portuguese, you can understand Spanish, Italian and French 👍🏻
@@wlan0 I'm agree, I'm from BR so I'm native speaker, but if I born in another country I would never learn
Kazuma-san, my favorite polyglot! Abraços! 🇧🇷
*Fiquei feliz demais pela primeira menina querer aprender a falar português. I'm so happy that HINA are trying to learn Portuguese.* Don't worry try to learn day by day. Here in Japan, we have a lot of Brazilians in Japan. Boa sorte and Good luck 🫶🏼
09:52 Kazuma's Turkish is 💯
11:54 She seems very charming and her English is very close to native.
It saddens me to see people in the comments believing the 24-year old who pretends to speak 14 languages. I've been studying languages for 20 years and I can guarantee very few people speak that many of them, and certainly not at such a young age. Learning a language is a very time consuming process and you have to constantly reinforce it. Even if that's all you do with your life, it takes decades to reach fluency in that many languages. If you don't believe me, languagejones made two brilliant videos in which he exposes these fake polyglots, one with the tricks they use to make you believe they're fluent when they're not, and one on why it's mathematically impossible to learn that many languages in such a short time. Once you see their tricks, you won't be able to unsee them.
Agreed. I'm a polyglot with proficiency in 6 languages and 3 dialects. mostly not by choice but lifestyle circumstances. He's a UA-camr and I find most of his pronunciations are off. Steve Kaufmann is pretty legit, proficient in at least 8 languages.
And I was happy knowing 2 languages @Takashi 😅 Those people really talented with languages 👍 wow the guy who knew so many languages is so talented at learning languages 😮 I am impressed 👍
14 Languages 👀👀
14 languages goddang!!!! So much respect for him, so cool.
this 14 language It is difficult for them all to divorce this language
I'm in love with Hina, her portuguese is so cute!
Her boyfriend was the photographer anonymous on tiktok, tho I'm not sure if they are still together.
I was thinking that everyone would say 1 or at least 2 but as I saw kazu(my role model) in the intro I am thinking No need to ask how many languages kazu speaks
Takashi: How many languages do you speak?
Kazuma: Yes.
Definitely not a randomly selected sample lol
Wooh he is the goat 🐐 14 language 😅😅
That guy at 9' is amazing!
I really liked this video, I want to become a polyglot too! Grew up learning Spanish and English and now I’m learning Japanese, also going to start studying French and Italian soon.
The lady who speak Chinese is amazing.her pronunciation is perfect
The girl who said she spoke English to herself to keep her fluency has almost perfect English in average dialect, sound, expression, intonation, etc; I would have taken her for a US citizen.
Unreal. Learning a language by talking to yourself
and her voice is sexy too!
She sounds non american. Are you American? How can't you tell?
@@Tu51ndBl4d3she has a slight Japanese accent. But her English accent is definitely standard American accent. Which makes sense given that her experience with English would be mostly American media and her time in America.
@@rdunn98not learning, maintaining.
You can tell someone is dedicated to their fans when they learn the native language of them. How could you not be a fan?
0:45 I'm hearing a Filipino accent in her English that's so cute
But she dont speak it and no she dont have that filipino/tagalog accent. She only said Portuguese. Her Portuguese got a Japanese accent.
@@jaymopar3543what are you talking about
@@jaymopar3543Filipino here. News flash, she doesn’t have to speak Tagalog. She heard a lot of Filipino-based English meaning her accent is based off how Filipinos pronounce things in English.
It’s not rocket science.
@@ポップパンク和訳 brehh. I know what you mean but what I was saying that she doesn't have that filipino / English accent. Cause I know when filipinos have an accent and you could tell from the top. I'm not here to argue with her accent. Lol I'm just sayin that I don't think she has that type of accent. I know she has a bit of an accent but it ain't bad. Her English is good. So, dont trip, chocolate chip..😆
she does not have PH accent dawg
11:56 (especially beautiful) & 16:57 (and some other locations in the video too) are locations that look really beautiful. I didn’t start looking specifically in this video until him & the lady talked about being introverted & America. I’m not particularly sociable so places where there aren’t people really appeal to me.
I can talk 3 languages, but sadly not Japanese.
Kazu Languages!
いやぁ〜めっちゃ感動したわ。where does one find friends like them? 😅
15:25 It's nice to see you collab again with Ikuto aka Navito Halal
Takashi: can you speak in [insert foreign language]?
Editor: *visibly sweating*
Props to the editor!
Holy shit!!!!! 14 languages and not just saying hello. Damn.
9:53 his turkish gave me goosebumps! So good and I was not expecting it
14 languages is crazy his french and his Spanish are brilliant
His Turkish is incredible as well
His German is also really good. Awesome guy 👍
he doesnt know the full languages, no polyglot does, they just learn around 10 very basic phrases in each language
@@stibba4286 Still impressive
@@stibba4286Lol why the negativity? He has his own youtube channel. Search Kazu Languages. He has good level in all 14 languages. And he even can have basic conversation in about 20 other languages more or less
I speak Polish, English and German. I also know a bit of French, as I had it in my primary school, and in my secondary school I had some Latin. It also depends much at what level someone really knows a language. Because it's not so very hard to learn more languages, when it's only about some basic phrases, in basic everyday life situations. Much harder is to master a language to be able to use it in advanced, proffessional situations, with proffessional vocabulary in various fields, like for instance law, medicine, accounting and financial reporting etc.
KAZUMA!!!
I was surprised Kazu-san said this about Russian language!
Kazuma san saiko!
I thought you got all these people off the streets but turns out they got over 100K followers :( I guess they're rare.
Kazuma is a beast!
Takashii loves the Netherlands, as a Dutch person that's so nice to hear! (and its true almost everyone can speak in English here)
And I like Japan otherwise I wouldnt be here watching :D
カズさん登場w
The polyglot! I speak 3 languages and its hard to keep those straight. I keep mixing thrm up and get confused about which language im soeaking. Especially italian and Japanese because they sound similar. I couldn't he like the polyglot guy. Thats amazing. He has an amazing brain.
nice as always))
I'm bilingual. I'm a non-native English speaker. It's exciting when I learn another new language. I'm desperate to learn more other new languages. Those people who can speak multiple languages have multiple souls.
Yes i like to learn different languages too its fascinating don't know why
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼to the guy that speaks 14 languages 👍🏼
8:51 🔥
Wow I'm impressed. I didn't think Japan was that good with foreign languages. The two girls in blue, from San Diego and Pennsylvania, could both pass for native English speakers.
I wish I could be as open and open minded as a lot of these people
Great Stuff. Jim from Michigan
👀Yes,of course .nice interview .😊👍❤️🌹
The girl at 1:41 looks like she could be half Chinese honestly. Her Mandarin is impressive regardless!
Hina uma querida!!! Já te adoro!!!
Alot of countries think Americans are stupid, I already speak English, German, some Spanish and I'm learning Japanese. I never went to college or had a reason to learn.i just love seeing other cultures and want to explore them.
That male polyglot can speak both Thai (09.47) and Chinese (10.01) with quite impressive accents.
I'm a polyglot too. his Mandarin accent is way off.
@@sara.cbc92 How many languages do the polyglots need to use well in order to become polyglots? Do they need to excel 4 skills in order to be considered having proficiency in each language?
@@Momo-qo7is according to google 4 to 6. however I highly doubt the proficiency of those who claim over 20 languages.
@@sara.cbc92 20 languages? That’s crazy! How proficient is important for each language?
How did you find these amazing people?!
美しいだよね日本人日本語話せるだけでなく他の言語もできる例えは、かずまさんで僕は、彼のチャネルを見続けOMETVのビデオおかげでそれから彼知っているのは言語は勉強まくるばかりか、他人と話しほうがいい
I know several Japanese people who speak Esperanto. Just today I am going to attend a talk in Esperanto by a Japanese in Sydney, Australia.
Kazuma is the VIP of this episode.
Казума сан, привет из России👋
So it seems Japanese people are oriented mostly to east and south-east asian countries. Thats not a surprise. Also not surprising was interest for European languages. Surprising was the interest for Arabic culture + language. Takashi - I like your clips, these are so impressive. 🙂
Greato 👍 use Tandem to learn target languages and learning languages help you get smarter and use different parts of your brain.
Takashii, we need another Thailand episode! Go around Thailand and find out what Japanese usually do in Thailand, it'd be really interesting. Do Japanese people smoke marijuana in Thailand?
To be honest, it’s not that hard to speak 14 languages to a basic level, would be interested to see the quality and depth to which he speaks the languages.
I could probably claim that I speak about ten languages, as I can introduce myself and have basic conversation in ten languages, but I only really speak four, and of those, only 3 to a level where I can discuss complex topics and use it at work with minimal issue.
Woah! I just realized that no matter what language they speak, you can DEFINITELY tell when someone's reciting their UA-cam intro. 😂
Swedish, English, German & Japanese here! 😀
Japanese here. I can speak Japanese, English, mandarin, Korean, French, Russian and a little bit of Spanish.
Im learning 10+ different languages. im obsessed with languages🫶
So cool. If anyone wants to be language mutuals with me plz drop me a reply! 😅🙏
Edit: My languages are English, Japanese, Korean, Indonesia/Malay, Chinese/Mandarin. Maybe a bit of Spanish and French as well!
Takashii, The girl at 12:06 rivals Arina for best overall cuteness in all your videos. :)
Super. Alors dorénavant j'écrirai mes commentaires en Français . hihihi
I LOVE watching videos on people who are bilingual or more.
Actually Indonesia is the second home for Japanese people because Japanese people in Indonesia can do many options. 1. for vacation tourism. 2. to pursue a career as an artist, actor, musician, singer, football athlete, influencer and others in Indonesia 3. to work and do business in Indonesia. so there are a lot of Japanese people in Indonesia with various talents (talent abilities) most likely the talent of Japanese actors in Indonesia can increase to the international level (Hollywood) because many act in internationally famous Indonesian films such as "the Raid"or"the shadow strays" And others
WOAH 17:00 just casually becomes Pennsylvanian Scarlett Johansson. another great video!
That's insane. I've been trying to learn Japanese for years but learning a new language is so challenging for an average brain.
Takashi: How.many languages do you speak?
Me: Yes.
Loved from India
Haruki, you're welcome as always to Thailand.
@ 18:20 that sounds beautiful
カズマは自信がある言語が14ということです。彼はさらに多くの言語を知っています。挨拶、スラングを使用できます。彼の勉強時間を尊敬しています。
