I don't play on that map, the maps im playing right now: Turkiye / United States and soon will start germany map.
in both turkiye and united states maps there are wash station or u can wash your bus in rest places on the road

my dear since the developer of this game are turkish, they focused on their country's map in general, there is no solution for switzerland map unless they make new update.
if you want the bus washing thing try the turkey map and you will find it there for sure
