The church's main task is to evangelize. However, evangelization is not just about emphasizing moral values. It is about inculturation. True inculturation is about deeply assimilating the gospel message into one's way of life.
The task of Christians is to create a culture of intimacy, that is, to globalize through the process of communication, respect, and cooperation.
Christianity can achieve this great historical task. But first, the church must be renewed. I believe that this renewal began with Pope Francis' proposal of synodality.
Only a synodal church, a church that walks together, can heal the world.
