The fact that a polytheist like Pliny who always appealed to the "gods" called Christians "superstitious" has a deeper meaning than a present-day atheist would realize. Whatever Christians believed, it offended Pliny to his core. Just believing a person to be a god wouldn't affect a learned polytheistic Roman this much. Likely, he discovered the Christians describing God in some unclear trinitarian way that made no sense to him and offended him.
There's really an abundance of evidence that 1st Century Christians did not believe in a trinity, and nor did Jesus himself, so a vague comment from an enemy and persecutor who knew exceedingly little about what Christians actually believed is hardly proof to counter all of that with.
Jesus certainly did. He spoke and prayed often to his Father. And of course John 14:16: And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another comforting Counselor like me, the Spirit of Truth, to be with you forever. That makes 3.
@@glennsimonsen8421 as you say, Jesus prayed often to his Father, his God. Also, Jesus was resurrected from death by God, which he wouldn't have been able to do himself. It's only logical.

Great job!
Pliny had a typewriter?
Perhaps they had typewriters and it was lost in the burning of Alexandria 😂
