The house built by Sri Bykadi Vasudeva Rao popularly known as B V Rao, at his native place near Brahmavara in Udupi Taluk, is an awesome house. This is the first project for the Architects Nitin and Manoj of Praangana Earthen Architecture, Mysore. It is an eco-cool house with arch concept all over. The first project of the young Architects won an award under sustainable house category from online sustainable aggregator platform Econour, which makes this house very special. It is noteworthy that the Better India has hosted a video on this house in their UA-cam channel.
