For Parra, bottling his own wines isn’t just a passion, it’s more like a musical escape. His ethereal cinsaults are named after his favorite jazz musicians, like the Vosne-Romanee-like Pedro Parra y Familia Valle de Itata Miles 2021, named after Miles Davis.
