- I wasn’t able to hear what the engineer said, but according to the comments, he slowed his train down for me. I thought he was telling me I was too close. Anyways, thank you to the engineer for doing that, and enjoy!
I have changed the title after request of many. I thought the engineer was telling me I was too close, but I did not realize his act of kindness.
I think he actually said he tried to get it so you could see both trains at the same time, and he was going slow enough for that.
Honestly it does sound alot like that
Don’t let it get to you. The engineer was probably a little bit concerned about your safety!
Yup.
@Mrright87 I was not on the right of way. I was about 5ft from the track closest and 15ft from where the coal train was.
@Mrright87 Not really. It is only trespassing if you are on the railroads property, in this video I wasn't. I was off a public trail that was an old right of way for a railroad. The right of way extends to the railroad property.
@@thattracksiderailfan you obviously don't know easement laws and it shows.
@Mrright87why is it a problem?
Nice catch of a close to happen meet like the others said believe thats what he said
Nah you weren’t that close to it. Just tryna make sure your being careful
You werent close. Idk what he was trying to do.
“I tried to go slow so you could see them at the same time. I'll go slow so you can see both," is what it sounded like to me. -Drayton
The more I rewatch it the more it sounds like that. The thing that throws me off is his hand gestures. The way he points both directions then throws his hands up. Thanks for the comment!
I heard him say something about something coming at the same time so he would go slow for you so you get both at the same time, I don't know how you heard him say anything about you being too close to the tracks.
Change your video title, as it's just clickbait. That is not what he was really saying at all. Wish we could see how many thumbs down the video got.
Hey Buddy your to close - Liked & Subscribed = Happy Easter 👍😎
Thank you, you too!
Didn't seem too angry to me. There used to be a facebook page for railway employees who hated railfans. You'd find some real anger there. . .they seemed to have a problem with the rest of the world. Some of the comments were barely fit for a family audience
Seems like a fun page to read in your free time. 🤣
😂 haters
When Amtrak first used a Siemens Charger on the Cascades service, heard a crew member say on the radio, “Lots of folks taking pictures at Lakewood. They must not have a life!”
you are on railroad property and you are not allowed to be
Sub and bell.
Wow what a guy to help you to get a fantastic shot. Joe
Man delete this video title, that's not what he was saying at all. He was throwing the anchor out so the meet would be timed for you!
you was not to close to the tracks the i seen worse when i worked for clinchfield railroad dont worry what he said just be careful out there
You not that close to the tracks
Take a trip to Horse Shoe Curve. It's out side if Altoona,PA. Not only can you watch trains all day long. If you stay close to the virtual railroad cam. Not only will you be on youtube. You tubers can hear you talk about different trains in the curve. Vrs shaking your camera like a rookie.
Great video. I subscribed to your channel as well!
Thank you!
😂 tell him get real job slow poke
Great catch and meet!
Thank you!
Lucky you did not get a visit fromthe cops
He said " im sliwing it down so you can see both trains at the same time"!
