Superman refusing to kill Xenomorphs is SOOOO stupid. They're not sentient creatures, they have no morality, they are savage, horrendous, bloodthirsty animals that need to be destroyed. I mean for god's sake Superman is a farm boy right? Weren't there any instances in his youth where he had to shoot predatory animals that threatened the Kent's livestock? Same principal here, except the jackals or coyotes in this instance are fucking xenomorphs, and the livestock are sentient humanoids trying to help him. Also, this idea is blatantly contradicted by Jeph Loeb's Supergirl arc in his Batman/Superman comic series where Superman fights an entire army of Doomsday clones, and proceeds to SLAUGHTER EACH AND EVERY ONE.
Why kill parademons or Doomsday clones? Parademons are simply the worst criminals of Apokalips given super powers, and Doomsday clones know nothing other than what they were made for.
The Yautja Warrior I'm pretty sure parademons are actually the different slaves from every planet Darkseid conquered transformed into his own horrendous image so they use to be sentient living beings but now live only as slaves to Darkseid
How does a tech advanced alien with all it's physical strengths and senses, cannot defeat Batman? He can't have contingency plans for everything. He'd die instantly. Batarang vs Predator's disc??? Pfft come on.

I agree that Superman not wanting to kill xenomorphs is dumb, but I thought the conflict of themes was good. To me combining Aliens and Superman was a good contrast of despair vs hope. The different tones of both franchises were well presented.
Shooter had a very hostile split with Valiant and they weren't doing him any favors on the way out. Additionally, even though he co-wrote the book, he was listed in the ads for the book because Valiant wanted to down play his importance as they moved on from him as Editor-In-Chief.
