@@lumilhul5620 As much as I agree. I believe Fnatics egos made RNGs over confidence look like childs play this year. After every Win they talked as if every win was effortless and that the team they were vsing was garbage. They showed little respect against the teams they played against fam.

Invictus gaming played this series so well. They played as a unit. They read fnatic like a book. Drafted great team compositions. They played like champions.

Im glad I woke up to watched this live. I like dominating series, loved SSW aggressive style back in the old days, and now IG. because it proves they win by absolute power. SKT was the best team ever in League of course but I never liked their slower and controlled style.

I commented that IG is obviously stronger and got insulted from fnc fans...I was EU fan, but am glad IG won. FNC fans are so blind and toxic and even rekkles, bwipo and soaz were waay too overconfident and cocky!
They have to be, clearly you haven't played any sports in your life. If you have the mentality that you will lose, then you will lose. One of the theams had to lose today. IG was better. End of story.

@@semaka3644 No, dude. In sport, the mentality of winning is a doublesided blade. If you get too confident you tilt when "things doesn't go as expected". And the mentality of "probably losing" is a boost in some cases, because you can have the mindset "I can win".

Semaka I definitely think there is such a thing as overconfidence, even in sports. Don’t get me wrong, it’s good to have confidence and not adopt a defeatist mentality but you also want to keep it in check so you don’t get overconfident or things can come crashing down for you when things go south.
As many people I take this game as a big battle between western and eastern minds. So far bold, team killing, map sweaping strategies works better, at least for this year. Looking forward to 2019, waiting for more evaluation.

The analyst here are very disappointed with Fnatic draft, but on the other hand everyone is surprised at IG's draft. Everyone was expecting top carry and mid carry. Like what are they doing? this is the same draft back to Group stage when they lost to Fnatic. It's pretty amazing though they executed so much better this time.

欧美捞比队就是捞比队，8强赛上战术暴露太多，中韩队伍一旦适应以后利用个人能力压制，比赛也就没欧美什么事了，如果IG输给KT以后，KT拿冠军的可能性也会超过80%，这次S赛欧美崛起根本原因是教练对欧美打法没有研究透，注意力全在中韩对抗上。

They are the same age but they won differently. Even as an LPL fan, Faker's title worth more than Jackeylove even though they are both 17. Faker carried hard. Jackeylove had Rookie and TheShy and Ning to carry him when he's not doing well.

FNC should have let IG pick jayce and ban lissan instead. They lost so much early game momentum because lee sin couldn’t stretch his power outside bot. Lee had bot jgl control (losing lev1 bot trade forced camille to give up blue) but irel couldn’t help lee to further extend the control because lissan constantly hard pushed and since aftershock lissan is hard to kill the tempo gradually shifted to IG’s tempo. Of course irel dying thrice was the death sentence
This meta favors IG. I’m not saying they didn’t deserve it, but this meta strongly favors early aggression and that’s what IG does best.
