For 2019 christmas Larceny (bourbon) made a gift set with 2 of those glasses and a 750 of larceny for the same $ as a 750 larceny. Standard with gift sets though, sometimes they hide a price increase in that time, but most of the times no. Its called a rocks glass. Put a big ice cube in it. Big square base of the glass will catch the big ice cube. Then put the drink on top of that. Now, if you spin that glass in your hand the square bottom will swirl the drink over the ice and cool it faster without melting the ice more. A round glass will just let the ice also rotate and not swirl as well.
