Yes after the sunrise countdown arc they get along but doesn't mean they like eachother in a romantic way, you see that they became close after the arc and even became friends but they don't have feelings for eachother I mean it's other's opinions I respect the ship although I feel uncomfortable with it
The reason why I ship it is because of how bad giyuu wants to befriend sanemi (I was like that when I fell in love) and also because of them being friendly to eachother after muzan fight
