TY Allychat. Have been watching Utube reruns of all these matches for the past 6 months! No Olzsta, but Paul Berger, Gary C and Dick Oconell comentating!
it's amazing that i hardly ever missed the channel 5 bowling show over the years but i don't remember any of the matches on youtube but i remember all the bowlers of course.
One thing I noticed in the difference between big ball bowling and candlepin bowling in the head to head matchups, is that candlepin bowlers are friendly with each other even during the games and the other don't want to acknowledge the other bowlers
I think it may have something to do with the National PBA game being more bigtime, more money at stake, thus higher pressure. Actual careers and livelihoods at stake, based on winning or losing those matches. I surely don't think it has to do with New Englanders being fundamentally more friendly than non-New Englanders.

It's a much tighter community. Because it's so regionalism these guys see each other all the time. Some might even be teammates in the leagues
@@markabraham2367 yes, I noticed that... I just wish they had candlepin bowling in California

43:10 As great a shot as that was by Don Santiago, it looked as though he got away with a lob.
