Special thanks to ViresVelo for the invite to meet and greet as well as see the new OSTRO VAM in the flesh, they have just brought out their brand new colour way too! As I'm sure you are aware already, it means a whole lot to have VV and Factor support my cycling adventures, so going along to support this new launch was the least I could do :)

Stop riding bikes from companies that support terrorism and genocide.

great to see someone familiar with the brand testing out the new Ostro. It's about as good looking as a Pinarello Dogma F, and that's tough competition!

Sadly missed this ride out, you went right passed West Wycombe where we meet for our club rides. Hopefully you will be back again for some more Chiltern hills soon.

The way the guy gets his bike at 0:37 is why I never use those bike racks......

Just beaten my sa calobra PB on mine. Missed out sub 30 club by 5 seconds. I’m blaming late delivery of aero bottle cages😂

@@edlaverack one of the lads didn’t fancy it this year so stayed at the cafe at the top. On my way down I thought I should have left my phone, food and tools with him but I thought, nah it won’t matter 😂 must have had 500g in my pockets.

If you are a really good cyclist or racer etc bikes like this are fantastic !!. And you can appreciate the performance why not treat yourself!. On the other hand i am 64 years old and not great on a bike lol!. I would feel a complete dick on a superbike because i am not capable of using it!. I feel sorry for the young aspiring racers who have no chance of raising the cash for a bike like this i wish Factor would make an entry level bike at a more reasonable price the only vams i see are at the cafe ridden by Tarquins and Ruperts most of the best racers i know and i marshal at crit races are on second hand stuff frim a few years ago still brilliant bikes but a fraction of the price there are of course exeptions but then they are semi professionals and have to be competitive.

People are broke, high cost of food, energy, houses, pension system is collapsing, retirment age is going up... This is the cold reality. Insteand of paying 10k for the latest piece of carbon manufactured in china. Get yourself a second hand high quality rim brake bike and use the money for retirement. The future is not bright

I can't apologies for my job that I've worked for since I was 14. As an athlete with the need for high end equipment at this point of my career. I am not oblivious to what you say, I am self employed, work hard on and off the bike, creating content, coach cyclists and live in Wales.

Bit of an odd place to spread doom and gloom! If you regularly watched this channel you'd know that it isn't used to promote the cycling industry, brands or specific bikes. There are plenty of cycling-related channels where your comments would be better placed 🙂 And also, there are some people who've worked hard all their lives and have earned some disposable income. It doesn't make them Satan to spend it on a nice bike. The future is quite bright actually. I do agree with you about rim brakes though.

I had an interview for a PhD today. (I'm 23) Hopefully all goes well.
I spent 2.5k on a new bike this year as I'd saved for 2 years for it as a student.
I say don't be doom and gloom, got to have enjoyment in life too. But this is just the comments section on social media, I prefer going outside to ride my bike. 😅😅
