In this video you will see a white washer which I have removed , to attach magic set with plastic tap , but in you case you have to put that white thing inside and follow my video , and yes don't cut the pipe . Instead use plastic washing machine tap (50₹ ) or tap adapter (60₹) if you have tap with filter .
