My 2nd match I was going to extract some decent loot i had found, when I noticed the chopper was already on the ground ready to take off. “How convenient, I don’t have to wait for it to land.” I thought to myself. I ran for the chopper not realizing that you have to call it in, meaning another team had called that specific chopper so they can extract. Let’s just say the team was propped up not far from the heli and I was completely levelled. Close but no cigar.
That happened to me but I knew it was an enemy team so I waited in a bush and when they entered the heli I spammed nades and got them all but after looting what I could in time I tried jumping out and broke my ankles because I thought I was closer to the ground than I was... 😤
Me and 2 others buddies played the hell out of it. It’s a blast. Once you understand how it all works and all get on the same missions, it’s so much fun.
DMZ has been so fun, I think they nailed this extraction mode in so many ways! It feels rich and has so much content to go through, I can’t wait to see how it evolves from here 🤙🏼
This game is phenomenal. Every building is enterable, detailed, tailor made, encounters feel like they matter, I never dreamed cod would give the best tactical battlefield esque massive map game but they did it.
It's got a long way to go, but so long as they give the mode the attention it needs I can see it turning into something special. I'm still having a good time with it though.
I like the idea of DMZ but I usually play solo and with the current AI difficulty, it's been extremely difficult to actually do anything. I've only managed to exfil once and it was excruciating to go so slowly through the mission. Hope they find a way to make the mode more fun for solos.
I play almost exclusively solo. I'd just say you have to adapt. Avoid high risk areas and large groups of armored enemies. Focus on silenced weapons. I drop in with a stim and throwing knife. You can make it through a lot of stuff just using a knife and silenced weapon, almost never getting caught. For your insured weapon, try the LM-S silenced with a 4x. That's what I use. Start of the match, try to focus on looting, attempt missions and contracts a bit later, most people extract early. Always engage from cover, try to limit how many directions you can be seen and shot from.
So far the best thing to happen to CoD in a long time.. trying to find another game than Hunt:Showdown to play and not a fan of the high paced, 20mph sprint, slide, dive, corner jump, drop shot bs that cod multiplayer has become now.. this is the perfect game mode.
I love that you're still creating the amazing content that you do. I've been watching you for several years now and your jokes, gameplay and overall content has only increased in quality. Keep on keepin' on man!
I honestly think this is a step in the right direction for the game mode, I'm surprised they don't have HARDCORE settings enabled for it, that would fit the gameplay style far better and make it feel different from other multiplayer modes (Even HARDCORE the typical arena modes because they don't implement the big map, A.I. and progression that this does). Either way, glad to see the CoD franchise trying new things 👏
Once they start adding exclusive challenges and rewards like the contraband contract from WZ1 it will really pick up steam it's just a pain to play alone
DMZ was nothing like I was hoping..yet, I had fun playing it..if they keep updating it, improving and adding content I'll def play it some..was oddly fun and tbh not even sure why lol
Played DMZ for the first time yesterday after not playing mw2 for like 2 weeks cuz I just didn't enjoy the multiplayer. I genuinely had fun playing it. It's so much better and so much more fun than I expected it to be
What I have found out about DMZ is that you should always go into matches with/ only fists for 2 reasons: you won't loose guns if u die Early on and you will learn how to play with your fists when you look all of your guns. (It's a really fun game)
They took so many elements from mgsv it's crazy, but what's even crazier is that it works so well, I never thought I'd get into call of duty again but here i am, having a blast with this game
I watched Stod's YT stream with you and Tomo and that was so much fun. Warzone is warzone but its nice you have a mode where you guys can just chill and meme around and still get into fights occassionally.
I have been LOVING Dmz, the flow is really solid and running into an area you can tell another player went through, the intensity just creeps up and tactical mode switches on.
Had a cool experience with a mate we were doing contracts etc then the time ran out we bought a LTV with turret, raced to the last heli, mowed down every opponent and extracted. Felt like a movie!

Man, there's something about your outro, idk, feels kinda nostalgic, super clean and simple, bang on
I like the idea of DMZ but I usually play solo and with the current AI difficulty, it's been extremely difficult to actually do anything. I've only managed to exfil once and it was excruciating to go so slowly through the mission. Hope they find a way to make the mode more fun for solos.
exactly. I'm the same way! I like to play slow and not get killed.
Give solo players a self revive to start and it would be much kess punishing.
@@ligmuhnugs The shitload of plates and a constant self-revive is a necessity for solos haha
@@See12Run-Gaming Great advice! Thank you.
I love how Jack just casually goes through the caves for the first time like its nothing. LEGEND
I found that's a great opportunity for PvE Player, I really enjoyed your gameplay. Please KEEP GOING Jackfrags
1:34 I come home after school and check your channel every day. I love you bro
It’s definitely not perfect, and could use some more depth but it has a fantastic base and should be great to expand on. I’ve had a blast so far!
Loved every minute of it so far
I like DMZ a lot, but the disconnects and lags are making it unplayable for me right now
I was skeptical but IM LOVING THIS
Once they start adding exclusive challenges and rewards like the contraband contract from WZ1 it will really pick up steam it's just a pain to play alone
Why are u playing alone man?
im loving DMZ. Very glad you brought that video Jack
They need to nerf or tone down the AI and bring night maps. It's been a blast so far. Solos is hard as hell though.
Played DMZ all night with the wife last night. Way more fun than we expected. Heart pumping. We’re hooked.
DMZ was nothing like I was hoping..yet, I had fun playing it..if they keep updating it, improving and adding content I'll def play it some..was oddly fun and tbh not even sure why lol
This video was really fun to watch. Got me really pumped to try a bunch of new things for my second foray into DMZ. Thanks Jack!
Thanks for watching and leaving a comment, appreciate you being here!
This looks awesome. Cod is doing what bf should've done. Improving gameplay while not messing up the base.
When casual BR and spec ops collide. love the way it looks so far. Also great ending there
Played DMZ for the first time yesterday after not playing mw2 for like 2 weeks cuz I just didn't enjoy the multiplayer. I genuinely had fun playing it. It's so much better and so much more fun than I expected it to be
It's always fun watching you play these games with friends especially with Tom. Stay safe always.
Jack. Longtime fan. Back to the DayZ days. Keep at it. Love the videos
Appreciate it!
Yeah, I totally agree--I wasn't expecting to like DMZ, but I've found it to be a lot of fun.
that last extract was awesome. this mode looks fantastic
I’m having fun using DMZ as a a way to relax and chill. It’s much slower than the event the streamers played last week.
“What the PayDay 2!” 😂😂
Bypassing the long weapon unlock process just by exfilling with said weapon is a nice addition.
What I have found out about DMZ is that you should always go into matches with/ only fists for 2 reasons: you won't loose guns if u die Early on and you will learn how to play with your fists when you look all of your guns. (It's a really fun game)
Awesome video! Love the floating flame at 12:52 :D
Ive been playing it and i must say i love it, early days but the potential is there
They took so many elements from mgsv it's crazy, but what's even crazier is that it works so well, I never thought I'd get into call of duty again but here i am, having a blast with this game
Felt like a movie!
dmz is amazing, easy chill experience unless you wanna do some high intensity stuff like weapon cache or radiation zone. finding keys and where they go to is also pretty rewarding, decent loot to find.
Very much enjoyed the "no plates, no fans, no ground" reference
the potential for DMZ is off the charts but it was a little underwhelming at release. hopefully they give it the attention it needs
The DMZ footage is awesome. Great video.
This is a dangerously addicting game mode. Has it's flaws and rage inducing moments, but wow. Great Job!
