​@@albertsolansfont3128 I think it's you that actually didn't watch it or is so hell-bent on fanboying over it that you don't care how "people die in a war" message is destroyed when you resurrect pretty much all likeable characters of importance, e.g. Waltfeld, Mu, Kira (likeable is a stretch)
It lowers the stakes because nobody is for sure dead
Also Kira is just fundamentally wrong character because he's a Mary Sue who'll always be bailed out by the writers or is generally super amazing at everything so even on a first watch it's impossible to care for him or sympathize with him
And don't get me started on plot conveniences and Destiny with it's rehashed writing

@@freddekl1102 The same argument as every damn SEED hater, how surprising. I can agree on the resurrect thing(Waltfelt is shown how he survives in Astray, what to do), although I think we can agree Mu would have stayed better dead if Destiny is what awaits him. But again I wonder how many Gundams have you seen in order to attack SEED because "no one relevant dies or pulls a fakeout" when this is a trope that most used at least ONCE. I am literally rewatching rn the whole series in order to be ready for Freedom, so I can tell you that most likely I have the show more fresh than you, and most of the critiques are the most dumb shit I ever read. SEED isn't perfect at all, and yet instead of attacking the real issues, people are hellbent on saying it is bad because they care more about their arguments rather than what the series offers. Not to mention that latest Gundams have been so bad that Destiny can be kinda forgiven already, as much flawed it is. Especially because Destiny's trainwreck production made Sunrise aware of how *not to* plan Gundam shows on the go, and the result from that was 00. So yeah. PD: Really smooth from your part to add "relevant character" afterwards in order to cover your ass about the "no one dies in SEED" again nothing more to expect from people who want to hate a show because their own issues are more important.

Kinda wish this song had played, instead of METEOR, in SEED Freedom. I've always loved this song, and wish it got more love & attention. ❤
