@thecacademy5376 I'm a programming dinosaur. Started with visual basic 3, then classic asp and still doing web forms c#. Need to keep learning and doing things smarter. I'm 54, and I feel that if I learn blazor, I would be able to make better web sites for my work. I'm working on a huge project now, 3 years now, but web forms is holding me back.

@@netrunner1987 Yup I think Blazor is the way to go in the future. It keeps getting better with each .NET version and there are promising upgrades coming soon with .NET 8. 😊

FYI: In .Net 8+ use builder.Services.AddCascadingAuthenticationState(), NOT the component.

why does Cascading Authentication State cause white space to appear on top of the page and how do I fix this?

I'm not too sure, you'd have to inspect the html generated using Google Dev Tools to debug. If this is really important you can reach out on Discord (#pablocappuccino) and we can troubleshoot together 😄😄
