Maybe someone can pull Knuckles from Sonic Championship or the Saturn port of 3D Blast and mod them into the game too.
Heck add Any from Championship and create a polygonal 3D model for Tiara from Sonic X-treme.

Still wonder why this was just a glorified menu instead of a full game. Like Xtreme should never have existed since this and Sonic R existed
Xtreme is cool and abstract, something which could never be a hit but would definitely be my favourite Sonic game if it released, as I favour atmosphere over the gameplay or the story. This is just boring, like Mania but in 3D, a dull happy feeling. Thank goodness the final Adventure 1 didn't have an atmosphere like this.

Xtreme was already cancelled when Sonic Jam came out and Sonic R sold poorly. SEGA at this point had no 3D Sonic game so they packaged this with Sonic Jam because Adventure was still in its early stages. Sonic World is basically a playable prototype for Sonic Adventure when it was still being made for the Saturn. When the Saturn started failing they moved development over to the Dreamcast.
