I’ve had a long day. It’s nice to have Ken to the rescue! Thanks again for your work. You guys are much appreciated! 😊
Even the unplanned red repurposed door now he needs to clean the glass!
Awesome job guys , you have an awesome team , including Al !!!!!! Love your videos so you have to keep them coming !!!!! 👍🙏 Thanks
If only you were closer. No question who would be building my garage. Great work and content !
The Lumnah projects have been favorites of mine. I enjoy these recaps!
Enjoyed the video Ken, crew and Al. Appreciate your sharing. Very interesting to watch the progression of the process. Hope you finish 2023 in fine fashion and have a great 2024. Blessings to everyone. Stay safe, healthy and strong. ☝️🙏🙌💪🇺🇸🎯🤠

Gotta love post and beam construction. Good job on this one. But, with you and most builders (and/or designers), I'll never understand why the dark colors for roofing. It makes no sense at all.
its winter now i think i watched this one before but its always Awesome to to watch you guys work great times
I'm ready to move in
Ken,
The building looks great. However, I do have to wonder about summertime ventilation in that enclosed box with a very dark roof. Hope it works for him.
If you watch the Lumnah Acres videos he put a big old extractor fan in the gable end later.
Ken: Old footage? Wish construction on their barn was progressing faster. However weather has been an issue.
27 like all the other ones 😊
Me encantan todos sus videos por qué explica bien las cosas paso por paso y dice los precios del costo del edificio ❤❤
What's the story with the broken truss off of the crain/lift thing-y?
I think there was a knot in the wood and insufficient bracing. Ken and Al added some bracing, but Al used a different company for trusses for the next job, he wasn’t impressed.
Upstate New York...just got quoted $68k for a 40x40 with lean-to; concrete included (no radiant).
You guys are on vacation
What drone are you using? Wish all buildings would go up this fast in 22:36 minutes. 8-)
🇨🇦
Wish there was someone in Central Texas who could do this as well as you folks. And the proportions are excellent.
Also, question - what's the pitch of the roof? It looks like 7/12 or so.
Do you use fiber in the concrete, I know you are using re-bar but I was wondering about your thoughts on using fiber. Love your projects!
Never seen a permanent building with zero footings
I would love to here kens response on footings? Especially being up north?
👍👍🇧🇪
No support under the door lintles???
There are 2X8 across the top of the door on the inside but it is not a load bearing door so there isn't a need for extra support.
@@suemckee1598 I realise the 2x8s are taking the load of the roof but why have such a big beam over the door if you’re just going to nail it to the posts? Just seems a waste of a good size beam to me, at least check it into the post so you could put load on it if needed!👍
How's about vapor barrier and sweat 😅
You guys are awesome if I tell you to stop you can get a new profession being on improvising a donut maker
I'm not saying I'm getting married
With this house, I finally became the owner of the house I always wanted to be in. The hospital elite package has 2 bonuses; the first is about the base and the roof, ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxS-P9OAq3v4HNpPFqYFWNEq9A-E_PbZIN the second is about the confidential staff who give advice and the advice that worked for me. Thank you very much
One great build there Ken. Fun to reminisce, especially knowing and watching the development of that project on Lumnah acres vids. I enjoyed my friend. 👍
Thanks for watching
