Hi guys - love the videos! Moving to Toronto in June to work in downtown Toronto from the UK. Do you guys have a top 3 areas for condos new people to Toronto that want to full experience?

Thanks Lewis for tuning in :) If your moving downtown there’s a ton of places you can be in. All depends on what you want, demographic, proximity to work, etc.
Yorkville, Fashion District, Financial District are probably the most desirable areas with the highest average price points.
There’s a bunch of cool pockets that may be of interest depending on where you work, age, what your looking for including Distillery, Corktown, Old Town, Harbord Village etc…
