Awesome it worked! Thank you so much! The only thing that doesn’t work on my light stick is that squeaky sound when you hit the hammer😂 nothing happens when I try even with the sound switch on. Do you maybe know why or am I doing something wrong?

If you have a plan go to concert, YG will be release new update on the the app before concert start and you just updated follow me but some point has been changed or you can go to BP booth at there.

If we don't have the app, it still works when you play their song on YT or Spotify or else. But make sure the mic is loud enough.

I don't make a vdo react to spotify bcuz s1 already did it. You can search it on YT ^^
Can I ask you a question, only need to connect the cord to the lightstick, or only the batteries, or need to have batteries and a cord connected???
You can choose which one do you want when you use the lightstick, ( Batteries or Cords ) to connect it.
( Note: Don't used batteries with cord changers in the same time, It can cause problems. ) If you choose batteries, okay used it but when the batteries out of power. Do not charge it ❌ ( Change the new one).
Can it be updated all the time?
No, we don't. If you update once already, you just go to UA-cam Yg Select and do the same as video
I bought my limited edition light stick last Feb2021 and didnt open it until yesterday. But upon connecting it, it keeps disconnecting. And also there's no notification for "update firmware"

No, you don't need to buy new one. if it doesn't connect to bluetooth or see new updates firmware ( I mean if it react to song normal, it's okay)

What to do when the blackpink lightstick ver 2 is not working on batteries or in chargers?
It’s probably a fake lightstick then because I have the og ver 2 from Seoul (I live there) and so you know it’s real if it actually works to the app and the blackpink lightstick starts lighting up in rainbow colors as a blackpink song plays!

No, need to connect. Bluetooth connection is just for light control. Just click open ur LS and play the music. ( Make sure the mic is loud enough )

It won't connect with Bluetooth or Songs? I created this playlist for BPLS reacts to all songs ( Make sure the mic is loud enough play it with you speaker bass, laptop...). No need to connect to the app or bluetooth just opened it normally and press 1 and play.

My tips how to take care all types LS
1. Don't keep the batteries in LS for long term. It can make your LS broken.
2. When the batteries out of power. Pls don't charge it, you should buy the new batteries.
3. If you were concert, I recommend u should take the batteries on it.

Mine updates over and over again and idk what to do😭 I checked and mine is definitely official it’s not a fake through the YG select scanner. But idk y it just doesn’t work…
After I finish updating once, it said to hold and press button to turn on and double click to enter Bluetooth mode even tho it was on and on Bluetooth mode the entire time.
And then no matter how I click the button again on the lightstick, it either closes or it just lights up again and the the cycle continues and I update over and over again…
Idk what to do right now and I’ve been struggling for awhile now😭

So I guess the problem is that my lightstick doesn’t turn off.. and a lot of people has been having the same problem as me too. Also idk it’s if my lightstick itself has some like damage or error but I doubt it since like everything works just fine except this😭

@@j6nsoo I haven’t found any solutions…. I’ve been googling everywhere and trying to find vids on this issue but nothing except for replies of others having the same issue. I was questioning if the lightstick itself was the problem but the thing is everything works fine it’s just the connecting to app part was the problem. Additionally, so many ppl said they had the same problem as me so I doubt that everyone’s lightstick is defected😭

Mine too, when you success connected bluetooth and go out to UA-cam BLACKPINK in app, it will disconnect. But it's okay make sure the mic volume is loud enough

Since YG released Ver.2 YG Edition (2022) too. But I'm not sure, did YG Edition react to old songs or not? :'))

If it can react some songs only, I think it normal. Mine can react to all born pink, the album ( HYLT, LSG, Ice cream) and some old songs.
