I tried this it was great but instead of 1 vissle its better if we put 3 it goes good and for tampering it tastes good if we use ghee instead iof oil

can we add same masala for other vegetables also? and also can we add toor dal for this saambar ?
U can make radish, ash guard, bottle guard huli with this masala... Toor dal is used to prepare sambar.. I'll post that very soon

Yes u can. Add few red chillies and grind. It doesn't taste the same. But u can give a try

Mine has a bit of a bitter taste in the mouth as the after taste. Can some one suggest something I did not add jaggery will it balance it out ?
Either it coukd be methi or mustard is more or the mangalore cuccumber is slightly old ... Old cuccumber tends to get bitter ..
8 to 10 chillies? But u have taken 4 or 5 that's it right?
No I have taken 7 chillies but to the Recipe atleast 8 is mandatory or it turns little bland
can we add a boiled toordal for this recipe
Yes u can
Skip the toordal...for interesting variation add avarekai in season or any double beans...it tastes great!
Can I prepare this with normal cucumber?
No. U can try different veggie instead
Don't add tamarind water in aluminum pressure cooker.. It will remove aluminium metal and will spoil the cooker and will enter food too.. U can add the tamarind while adding the ground masala
