I have no words to express my grattitude sir. I nvr understood the concepts in biotechnology. Since its a multidisciplinary subject , we have to learn many subjects throught the semesters . I am always dependent on your classes since they are easy to understand and the way of teaching is appreciable. Wish i had u in my college to teach us these. He means extrapolating from known values you can determine the Ag (not Ab) concentration of an unknown by using the diameter of the Ag-Ab precipitate.

the standard curve axis es are as follows X: Concentration of Ag present in solution Y: Diameter (or radius) of precipitate produced so If you are given an unknown concentration and you do radial immunodiffusion you can compare the the diameter you got to the standard curve and determine the concentration.
