Those blue cards are from league sbcs. If you remember back on FIFA 18 when they expired and come back they'd have new players. During TOTS they'd be TOTS cards.
The Isco and Sterling are path to glory cards, these came out for those on the fringes of making their world cup squads. Giroud also had one that ended up being like 92 rated.

you should stop doing discards on the retro fifa so that you aren’t draining the clubs in case of other future retro videos, maybe do something like put together 11 expensive players in your clubs on fifa 22 and then do the search and discard
