Today, I prepared a thinly sliced soy sauce pork belly stir-fried!
Ingredients (based on serving)
200g of thin pork belly
1 small onion
1 green onion
Sesame oil
a marinade
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tbsp of cooking wine
1 spoonful of oyster sauce
1 spoonful of ground garlic
How to make
1. Cut green onions in half and chop them into small pieces
2. Shred the onion
3. Add soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, and ground garlic to make the sauce
4. Put the thin pork belly in a pan and stir-fry it over a medium heat
5. When the pork belly is cooked to a certain extent, add sugar and stir-fry it until golden
6. Add onions and green onions and stir-fry them together. When the vegetables are out of breath, add the sauce and stir-fry them
7. When the sauce mixes well, add sesame oil and turn off the heat
