Also just wanted to say that I love what you do. I think what makes it work is that you don't edit out the parts where you're futzing with things; you can really see what it would be like to own one of these. Great stuff.

Would be awesome in 1/6 scale...I mean , I know its too expensive...but to us, the collectors of that scale, its dissapointing...
+Fernando Amaya Awesome? Sure. But it would be twice the size that it already is and as it is now, it's already massive lol twice the size would also more than likely mean twice the price. I doubt people would drop 1400-1500 on this
+optibotimus Actually, it would be 8 times bigger in share mass. Not twice. If you consider the weight and volume of the figure, it would be twice taller, twice wider and twice longer. 2x2x2=8. So, this thing would take 8 times more space, and collectors would have to pay 8 times this price because of the amount of materials needed.
Youre right.... even this Bat here in Mexico cost aprox the double cuz of the taxes and shipping... but would be a museum master piece for the ones who can afford it XD

The best 1/12 Scale dark knight/dark knight rises batman figure is the figuarts imo. Or the mafex 3.0.

I'm going to be generous here:
Batman $40 (Comparable to SH Figuarts which cost $38-$40 in Japan)
Catwoman $40 (NOT comparable to SH Figuarts at all. A total turd. Still generous)
Bomb $30 (can't believe i just typed that amount but again, being generous)
Bat: $300 (It doesn't come assembled and doesn't look expensive. Woo- Hoo propellers move and lights. I have purchased $10 toys with more gimmick features)
Total: $410
Actual cost: $800
HT have lost their freaking minds but that is nothing new.
You could get the sh figuarts the Dark knight it’s only about 40-50$ on amazon to replace your hot toys 6 inch figure so you would have a really good 1/12th scale batman and bat and you could do a comparison between the bat and batman and even see if he can sit in the bat

This costs around 800$ or close to it which is ridiculous even for such a beautiful model. As much as I love Hot Toys I wouldn't spend this much money even on something like that simply out of principle. I do love their 1/6 scale figures though. They in my book worth their prices between 2-3 hundred bucks, especially the terminators and some of the other figures which look absolutely stunning.

The only thing that kills me on this item is the goof on the left turbine in the front. It uses the same fan for not modules, but they counter rotate, the left fan would be blowing air forward. The simply does not work design wise.

The reactor should've had lighting .. And the Salina Kyle figure could've been a tad better.. They also could've made the turbines faster if they had alternate rubbery ones like the hand held fans (completely harmless )
The figures look like they're on par with the MAFEX figures in regards to articulation. It's hard to tell from the the video, but does Batman have that mesh between the panels of his armor like the Movie Masters one does?
Speaking of 1/12 scale, how come you don't review/collect marvel legends and Star Wars black series?

Awesome review! I would not be surprised if they suddenly came up with a 6 inch quality toy line. I like that Batman will enough to not pay over $40 or $50. Anyways, try spraying some WD40 in the front turbines to see if reduces the noise (I bet if those blades in the front were spaced like real turbines, it wouldn't make that noise). Watch the paint, though. :-)

A quick questing: Does your cat bite your toys/figures?. my cats does.. I have a Perfect Grade 1/60 scale Gundam 00 raiser model.. and one of my cats have been biting the tip of the giant sword, os the tip is twisted..
...loving those small descrete features that improve funtionalitiy but it's a shame that front turbane blades are single piece and look so unrealistic. Also that winch cable is way to close o the blades it's an accident waiting to happen...:P

Wise choice .. I hate stickers !!! Stickers that come with Lego and toys in general piss me off ! You pay a ton of $$$ for them not to sculpt or print something , stickers are messy and look bad , they're too disposable
