Initially I've made this for myself to listen to before going to bed, but decided to share it in case that someone else finds it enjoyable :) In my mind, what Rupert is saying here is the essence of spiritual practice and I love this talk.
Unfortunately I had to allow the ads but you can download the audio through the link below and soon I'll put the link for the video version too.

thank you soooo much for putting this together. i've been listening to and loving rupert for about 3yrs running - daily. i've always wished someone would put his best stuff to appropriate background music. dunno if you know sameneri jayasara but she does this sort of video for several major traditions including 'non-duality' but no rupert. check her channel out to see what i mean. The ads defeat the meditaion-ability. Cant/won't follow. Perhaps a different approach to sharing can be found :)

This amazing meditation is largely ruined by being interrupted by numerous abrupt ads inserted at random intervals. Very disappointing.

Hi, there is a free software you can download called "Any audio converter". You can convert both audio and video files to any format you need. It has different options you can choose for an iPhone. There's a link in the description where you can download the audio of this talk with music, but you can also rip this video from youtube. Just install an Add-on on your browser (type in "youtube video downloader" or something like that). I hope this helps :)

I don't remember exactly, but it is probably ben leinbach - hierophant.

anthony- I’m wondering how this works because for me there were no audio ads. In other vids there are. For these types of vids there really is no place for ads.

All the noise that accompanies Rupert’s words is not only unnecessary, but annoying and distracting. There are other places on UA-cam where this can be heard in background silence.

Ruined by adds.. I Use to listen everynight before bed for subconcious programming now, not good with all the extra garbage from adds.. Disappointed in who ever allowed this to be. 👎
