In 2020, my great-grandmother gained her wings. She used to babysit me and my brother. I am now ten and my brother is thirteen. When I think about her, I cry. I miss her so much that I tell my mom and she feels the same way. My family has been lifted up because of Jesus! Hallelujah thank you lord for lifting me and my family up. I’m just now coming out the other side of a faith crisis that was severe enough that I was planning to leave the church once my grandparents passed and I no longer had to keep up appearances (I was raised in the church, and was terrified of them seeing me the same way others who knew about the crisis and reacted negatively did).
